How the team works

You direct. Agents work. You approve.

  1. You direct

    Your profile and targets

Import your CV, confirm the facts, set roles, locations, a salary floor and which platforms the team may use.

  2. Agents work

    Search → match → tailor → apply

Scouts score openings daily, writers prepare truth-checked packs, the operator applies through the lane you allowed.

  3. You approve

    Decisions stay with you

Approve packs, take over a browser check, confirm interviews. Offers and salary are always your call.

Matching

Scouts find roles. You set the controls.

The job scout reads boards, career sites and official APIs every day and scores each posting against your skills, seniority, location and salary floor. Applying is a proposal by default — you choose which lanes may run on autopilot.

Truth gate

Tailored CVs, grounded in your profile.

The CV architect and application writer tailor every pack to the role — then a truth gate checks each claim against your own profile: employers, titles, dates, degrees, certificates and numbers. Anything that does not trace back is removed before you ever see it.

Applying lanes

Three ways out, one review.

Where a platform has an official API, the pack is submitted directly. Where it does not, the account operator works in your own consented browser session on LinkedIn, Indeed and others. Or you get a hand-off card with everything pre-filled and press submit yourself.

Recruiter inbox

Replies handled, in your voice.

The hirer liaison sorts recruiter mail, drafts answers and respects quiet hours in the recruiter’s timezone. Anything about pay or commitments lands in Needs you instead of being answered for you.

Offers

Interviews booked. Offers explained.

The interview coordinator proposes slots and writes calendar files; the offer advisor lays out base, bonus and equity against your floor. Accepting, declining and negotiating are always yours — the team only drafts.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will it invent experience to match a posting?

No. Every employer, title, date, degree, certificate and number in a CV variant or letter must trace back to your own profile. A truth gate removes anything that does not, and gaps are stated honestly rather than hidden.

Will the team negotiate salary or accept an offer for me?

Never. Anything that mentions pay, every offer and every acceptance, decline or withdrawal is a proposal for you to decide. The offer advisor explains and drafts; you send.

How does an application actually get sent?

Through one of three lanes: an official API where the platform offers one; your own consented browser session on sites such as LinkedIn or Indeed; or a hand-off card with everything pre-filled that you submit yourself.

Is automating LinkedIn or Indeed allowed?

Those platforms’ terms restrict automated access, and accounts can be limited or restricted. Browser automation is off until you consent per platform, and you can switch any platform to hand-off cards. Read the automation & risk disclosure before enabling it.

Why might a matched job not get an application?

Common reasons: it falls below your salary floor, it is on your exclusion list, you applied recently and the cooldown applies, the pack failed the truth gate, or the day’s credit budget was reached.

What is a credit?

Credits measure the work the team does. 1 credit equals $0.01 of metered usage — AI work plus supplier items such as browser minutes, CAPTCHA solving, phone numbers and proxies.
